1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using BloxyCrab, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply to visitors, Roblox-authenticated users and people who submit server listings.
2. About BloxyCrab
BloxyCrab is an independent, community-powered directory where players can discover and share links to Blox Fruits private servers by sea, region and activity. Browsing the directory and opening a listed server link do not require a BloxyCrab account.
BloxyCrab is not owned by, operated by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, the Blox Fruits developers, or their affiliates. “Roblox” and “Blox Fruits” are referenced only to identify the third-party platform and experience.
3. Eligibility and Roblox sign-in
You must be legally permitted to use this website and the third-party services you access through it. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian, obtain that permission before using account or submission features.
Submitting a listing requires sign-in through Roblox OAuth. Roblox authenticates you and shares limited identity information with BloxyCrab, such as your Roblox user ID, username, display name, profile link and, when supplied, profile image URL. BloxyCrab does not ask for or receive your Roblox password. Never send us your password, session cookie, recovery code or other account credentials.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your signed-in BloxyCrab session and for keeping access to your Roblox account secure. Notify us if you believe someone has used your account or listing without permission.
4. Directory and server listings
The public directory displays listings that have been approved by a BloxyCrab moderator and have not expired. A listing may include its server name, the submitting Roblox username, private-server URL, sea, region, selected activities, raid details, sea-event details and description.
Listing information and private-server links are supplied by users. Moderation is a basic review and is not a guarantee that a server is safe, active, available, correctly described, suitable for you, or still controlled by the person who submitted it. Check the details and use your own judgement before opening a link or joining a server.
A Roblox private-server link may allow people who have it to access the relevant server, subject to Roblox settings and availability. Submit a link only when you own the server or are authorised to share it publicly.
5. Your submissions and responsibilities
When you submit a server, you confirm that:
- You own the private server or have permission to share its link.
- The server name, sea, region, activities, raid choices, sea events, description and optional Discord invite are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Your submission does not infringe another person's rights, expose someone else's private information, or violate applicable law or Roblox rules.
- You will update or delete a listing that is no longer accurate or that you are no longer authorised to share.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give BloxyCrab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, review, reproduce and display that content as needed to operate and promote the directory while the listing is active. This permission ends for the active listing when it is deleted, subject to technical copies or records retained by service providers or where retention is legally necessary.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use BloxyCrab to:
- Submit server links you do not own or are not authorised to share.
- Post misleading, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing or otherwise harmful content.
- Spam submissions, evade the one-active-listing limit, manipulate moderation, or interfere with the website or its users.
- Attempt to access another user's account, private data, administrative tools or backend systems without permission.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, credential-stealing material or links intended to compromise accounts or devices.
- Use bots, scripts or other automated methods to overload, scrape or disrupt the service.
7. Review, deletion and expiry
Each Roblox account may have only one active server listing at a time. A new submission starts as pending and is not shown in the public directory unless approved. You may delete your own listing from your profile at any time; deleting it frees your active listing slot immediately.
Unless you delete it sooner, a listing is removed automatically 24 hours after submission, whether it is pending, approved or rejected. The automated cleanup runs periodically, so physical removal may occur a few minutes after the 24-hour point. BloxyCrab may also reject, hide or remove a listing earlier if it appears inaccurate, unsafe, unauthorised, spammy or inconsistent with these terms.
Deleting a listing does not automatically delete the separate Roblox profile record associated with your account. See the Privacy Policy for details and how to contact us about a data request.
8. Third-party services and links
BloxyCrab relies on third-party services, including Roblox for authentication and private-server destinations, Vercel for hosting and server functions, and Supabase for database services. Links to Roblox, Discord or other external services take you away from BloxyCrab and are governed by the relevant provider's own terms and privacy policy.
We do not control third-party services, their availability, content, security practices, account requirements or privacy practices. A link in a listing is not an endorsement or guarantee by BloxyCrab.
9. Sponsorships and promotions
Developers may contact BloxyCrab to ask about promotional placements. An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, placement or a campaign. Any paid or sponsored placement offered through the service will be identified as sponsored. If a campaign is agreed, its price, duration, deliverables and other conditions should be confirmed separately in writing before payment or publication.
10. Website availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of BloxyCrab, change these terms, or remove content when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a listing, a specific number of visitors, or that a private-server link will continue to work.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
BloxyCrab is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that the website or user-submitted listings will be accurate, reliable, secure, available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloxyCrab and the people helping operate it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profits or data, account restrictions imposed by third parties, or loss arising from use of third-party links or user-submitted servers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as BloxyCrab changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the current version was published. Continued use after revised terms are posted means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
